Refund policy

What is the return policy?

Your happiness is our top priority. You may return your item for up to 30 days from the point of purchase if you are not satisfied. Orders totaling over $250 or past 30 days  will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Expedited and international shipping is non-refundable.

What is able to be returned?

Not quite everything—but almost! Because we’re not the manufacturer of the Tri-Jet fogger, we cannot refund that particular item. However, the foggers do carry a 5 year warranty from the manufacturer for parts and labor.
